Flowserve hiring Sales Engineer.

« We are looking for a Sales Engineer who will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with key accounts and commercial organizations, understanding and strengthening sales agreements, customer partnerships, and market trends. Additionally, you will gain a deep understanding of Flowserve’s operations, increase sales efficiency, and coordinate sales efforts with other internal and external channel partners. »

Responsibilities:

  • Increase your booking level to meet or exceed assigned booking goals \
  • Maintain regular and planned communication with key customers in the areas served. 
  • Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with regional sales goals to support company goals. 
  • You will serve as the customer’s primary point of contact for all business transactions, ensuring all customer concerns are addressed, including quotes, deliveries, repairs, quality, warranty claims, etc. 
  • We use our marketing materials to inform our customers about the quality, features, and uses of our products. 
  • Collaborate with application engineers, customer service, and manufacturing to ensure customer needs are met 
  • Knowledge of the design and operating requirements of rotary pumps, mechanical seals, and related equipment. »
  • « Experienced in product demonstrations, presentations, and business writing. \nProficient in technologies such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • Maintain organized records including regular reports, estimates, status, performance, expenses, etc. 
  • Demonstrate financial acumen to discuss business decisions, particularly return on investment, to support solution sales 
  • Able to work independently and effectively and communicate productively with others 
  • Some physical activity is required. Examples include walking across large customer sites, lifting at least 50 pounds, and climbing up and down ladders and stairs in high-rise facilities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in selling rotating equipment such as pumps and mechanical seals 
  • Experience in the oil, gas, energy, paper, or chemical industry, including knowledge of API 610 standards. 
  • Training in sales techniques, negotiation, and corporate finance 
  • Demonstrated skills in leading meetings, including setting the agenda, preparing and facilitating discussions, and assigning follow-up activities. 
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and communicate results 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Project management experience is an advantage
  •  Bachelor’s degree or bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or his 0-2 years’ experience in a related field «
