We run call centers in Senegal, Finland, Estonia, Sweden, and the Republic of Moldova.
Our activities began in Dakar in 2012, and our operators use a variety of channels, such as incoming phone calls, chat, email, and so on, to handle client communications.
Since Swedish is the working language, we begin with a rigorous 10-month language program before hiring anyone.
