- To monitor that DRC Dynamics is or will be used at full capacity on WANALA RO.
- Validate DRC Dynamics’ compliance with financial procedures in each country covered by WANALA RO and regularly provide authoritative data on the usage of DRC Dynamics across the WANALA region.
Capacity-Building
- WANALA RO Finance department staff training on DRC procedures and use of ERP system.
- Contribute to the capacity building of the financial staff of the country offices serviced by WANALA RO during field visits to each country.
- To advise and facilitate the understanding and application of the policies, procedures and principles of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
