As an intern in our department, you will team up with the Commercial Planning & Trade Strategy team, within the Sales Department to:
Commercial Systems and Information Design & Development
- Supports configuration of commercial data collection tools. We help improve the functionality of commercial systems by gathering current and future requirements and performing all necessary testing before releasing to end users.
- Support the development and implementation of new projects to improve the quality of commercial information and facilitate the daily activities of all internal customers./§%
Commercial Information Analysis
- Support for monitoring all key sales performance indicators (short/medium term)
- Support for developing Excel and Power BI dashboards
- Support for data analysis tool development
System Training & Documentation
- In collaboration with IS, plan and implement system training using COD for all sales staff to develop user skills and knowledge to operate sales systems and reporting tools.
- Work with COD to conduct training to ensure all sales reps fully understand and understand sales information and KSIs and how they relate to their daily work.
- Work with COD to organize and develop training materials for the above training.
- Create all relevant policy and procedure documentation for end users in the sales department. Make sure all documentation is continually updated.
Challenges
- Deliver relevant reports, including ad hoc requirements, to all relevant users in a timely and accurate manner.
- Improve the format and content of your reports to ensure optimal reporting efficiency and reliability that better reflects your business needs. Monitor the performance of commercial information system tools to ensure they are operating at optimal standards.
Meanwhile, learn how the sales department contributes to the company and its success. Collaborate with departments and all employees to add value to collective innovative thinking. We also actively participate in sales events.
As a member of our sales team, we expect you to be a highly motivated problem solver who helps the team achieve its goals. On-the-job learning is also part of the experience, and the ability to quickly learn new concepts and techniques is paramount to success.
Skills and competences
- Bac + 3 minimum
- Good level in statistics
- Technical skills:Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Power BI (Would be a plus)
- English fluency (Would be a plus)
