Regional Supply Chain Manager – West Africa
Location: West Africa – office location under consideration
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
Manage supply chain issues in three core areas: Inventory, procurement and logistics to efficiently and effectively support your growing WAF business.
Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for inventory, procurement and logistics management in the operational activities of Regional Capital Limited.
- Strategically plan contemporary and destiny Supply Chain priorities according with commercial enterprise needs
- Manage inner stock and procurement system, making sure powerful use of the Purchasing gadget
- Utilise reporting systems according with the reporting timetable / Management requirements
- Reinforce a excessive recognition on fee recognition throughout all Supply Chain sports
- Manage the inventory cataloguing gadget to make sure powerful use in the Purchasing gadget and correct inventory stages

Knowledge & Skill Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of inventory, procurement and logistics best practices and procedures
- Ability to interact with different cultures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English
- Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of the drilling industry (recommended)
- excellent organizational skills
- Deep understanding of the financial implications of branch transactions
- High school diploma and relevant college degree (preferably)
Experience
- At least 5 years experience in a similar position
- Relevant experience in all aspects of inventory management, procurement and logistics
- First experience with an ERP system (recommended)
- Useful in every aspect of Microsoft Office365
Other
- Must be in good health and able to meet the demands of the job.
- You are responsible for keeping the necessary vaccines up to date.
- This role will be primarily performed in the office from Monday to Friday, although he will be required to travel
- across WAF countries as needed.
