Human Resources Supervisor
The Human Resources (HR) Supervisor oversees each day HR operations, such as recruitment, worker relations, compliance, overall performance management, and training. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Supervise the recruitment process, such as task postings, interviewing, and hiring decisions.

- Strong knowledge of employment laws(Senegalese Law), HR practices, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
