- Oversee operations such as budget, human resources, and logistics
- Ensure quality, schedule and budget while identifying necessary improvements
Regional Representationof Deve Consult
- Represent the company at local events and conferences.
- Promote your Deve Consult service and raise awareness
- Building relationships of trust with local customers
- Help generate locally relevant content

Provide Professional Growth and Maintain Engagement
Requred profle
- Master’s Degree in a Related Field (Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Political Science, International Economics, International Development)
- Solid experience in operations management and project coordination
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Strong expertise in business development and partnership relationships
- Ability to manage complex projects while meeting deadlines, budgets and goals
- Excellent communication and expression skills
- Solid knowledge of the West African market
- Ability to contribute to company strategy planning
- Solid organizational, analytical and financial skills
- Independence, informed decision-making, and priority management
- He is fluent in French and English and has excellent written and oral communication skills.
