Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage and support a team of sales agents. The ideal candidate must have strong English communication skills and proven experience in phone sales. This role also includes handling basic paperwork and administrative tasks to ensure smooth team operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee, mentor, and inspire a group of salespeople to reach and surpass performance goals.
- Review performance on a regular basis and offer helpful criticism.
- Keep an eye on call quality and make sure business scripts and procedures are followed.
- Help teammates with challenging calls or client circumstances
- Manage documents including lead tracking, attendance records, and sales reports.
- Work together with management to put new plans or marketing initiatives into action.
- Make sure the group continues to provide excellent customer service and professionalism.
- Help with onboarding procedures and provide training to new hires
- Address internal team concerns and promote staff growth.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both written and spoken
- English demonstrated expertise in telesales or phone sales
- It is preferred to have prior supervisory or leadership experience.
- Fundamental documentation and administrative abilities
- Excellent time-management and organizing skills
- It is advantageous to be proficient with spreadsheets and call tracking software.
- Capacity to fulfill deadlines and work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive outlook
