Legal Specialist

Mission
The incumbent will give support to Regional legal to ensure the company actions are compliant at all times with legislation in force and Administrative-Financial Management, in accordance with the corporate policies, and contribute to achieve the economic and strategic objectives.

Job responsabilities
- Supporting Regional Legal in managing every day requests for criminal recommendation coming from neighborhood stakeholders withinside the reference place assigned (numerous countries);
- Align the functioning of the reference place assigned to criminal compliance, with outside aid in case and below the supervision and manage of the headquarters of Legal Department;
- Drafting and reviewing of numerous agreements and company documentation associated with every day enterprise of the organization to make certain the perfect popularity there of according with the pertinent legislative framework;
- Provide criminal recommendation on contracts in addition to overview and supervise the identical to assure the exceptional situations for the pursuits of the organization;
- Document management, monitoring of contracts, mins and different paperwork;

- Helping with coordination initiatives with different Group companies.
Profile
- Bachelor Degree & Master degree in Law;
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in the legal area;
- Background in commercial and corporate law;
- Spoken languages : High level of French and English.
