Kora is a subsidiary of Mitrelli Group. We are a developer of large construction projects in Angola and Senegal related to Housing, Social Equipment’s and Infrastructures. Currently we´re looking to hire a Project Manager to join our Production Team in Senegal. In this role you will report to the Project Director and will be coordinating a project in the regions.

Overview 

As the Project Lead on site, you´ll have the obligation for strategically handling a task portfolio, i.e., getting ready and retaining complicated engineering and production schedules for massive length tasks. You should be well-versed in all production methodologies and processes and capable of coordinate a group of specialists of various disciplines to gain the first-rate results. The perfect candidate could have an analytical thoughts and amazing organizational skills. The intention can be to make sure all tasks are added on time consistent with necessities and with out exceeding and according to KORA´s degree of Excellence.

Responsibilities 

• Monitor start-up of recent tasks and observe development via start-up movement plan trackers to make sure compliance with all applicable specifications.
• Be liable for all elements of the task planning, along with scheduling, budgeting, reporting, HSE and excellent.
• Monitor and evaluation the sports of the contractors and the supervision group, in an effort to attain the best expert requirements and undertake first-rate exercise methods.
• Monitor development and boost dangers and deviations well timed to discover mitigations to issues.
• Coordinate with all applicable events and representatives to decrease any disruption and make sure the final touch of the tasks in time, cost, excellent and safety.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years´ revel in in huge complete production assignment, agreement management, economic management, together with controlling of assignment budgets, procurement, extrade order management, invoicing and economic reconciliation.
• Must have revel in in Buildings or Infrastructures – PM revel in from contractor facet is rather valued.
• Experience handling multi-disciplinary building (entire assignment lifecycle).
• Experience running with government and be capable of construct robust relationships with nearby government
• Ability to examine and paintings with REVIT, CAD drawings and BIM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Superior stage of motivation and luxury running in a excessive energy, fast moving environment.
• Previous revel in in multicultural and global environments is appreciated.
• Must have preceding revel in in Franchophone Africa.
• Must be fluent in French anf English.
