We can offer you the following tasks:
- Superintendent Engineer is responsible for his team, his own work tasks as required by seniors time to time in accordance with assigned responsibilities
- Supervises and leads team of service engineers & technicians, skilled labour, and work crews in all activities concerned with field engineering works aspects
- Ability to prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Competent in reading, understanding and interpreting specifications, drawings, and all other engineering related documentation.
- Familiar with and enforces strict compliance with all Engineering Standards, QA/QC and Safety procedures, plus all Company rules and regulations.
- Develops excellent working relationships with all other department personnel as well as client management. .
- Liaise with other staff to ensure the optimum interface of the various operational activities, with the overall objective of successful completion of the maintenance / service activities and projects.
- Planning, monitoring and tracking of maintenance projects and daily progress and work completed, comparing planned to actual. Takes appropriate mitigating action to ensure compliance with the plan, based on knowledge of available manpower, equipment, materials, and in cooperation with planning engineer and project management.
- explains and communicates with the crews in a proactive manner to make sure the staff is aware of and follows the engineering parts of the work plan.
- identifies and executes « on-the-job » training programs to help team members become more proficient in the necessary skills and abilities.
- Having the expertise and accountability to oversee intricate field service missions
creates unique solutions for his or her area of expertise. - creates, plans, and executes comprehensive field service initiatives that have an impact on other companies.
- coordination between external experts in his or her field service responsibility area and lower-level experts
- acts as a point of contact for extremely delicate matters.

- Serves as contact for highly sensitive issues and problems

- To conduct performance appraisal and management of reporting individuals and team.

- Superintendent Engineer will be actively involved in the HUB’s objectives formulation and execution thereby accountable forsubsequent implementation and performance management.
It is incumbent upon Superintendent Engineer to adhere to timelines and projects completion deadline agreed between line manager & team.
The Superintendent Engineer should keep record and inform his superior and team about recent lessons learnt in order to avoid repetition of similar problems or to increase effectiveness and efficiency in future.

You can help us with these qualifications:
- Detailed understanding of the business both technical and commercial levels
- Seasoned engineerwith 5 to 7 years of related experience, preferably in the heavy equipment / machines
- Understand and gain knowledge about Engineering products, equipment, customer base and applicable

- Engineering degree from a university with relevant job experience
- Long-term job experience combined with comparable vocational training
- Results-oriented and able to build and maintain important connections with clients, consultants, and customers
