Job Description
Position summary
Our duties extend beyond ensuring that customers have a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Rather, we want to provide a distinctive and unforgettable experience. Throughout their whole stay, our Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to provide a variety of services. They have the freedom to walk throughout their area and take care of their own needs. The Guest Experience Expert makes transactions feel like a part of the experience, whether they are handling operational needs, responding to guest requests, filling out reports, or sharing the local area’s highlights. They can also help guests with loading and unloading cars and moving luggage to and from guest rooms and/or the designated bell area.
Preferred qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
- License or Certification: None.
