We are looking for professional to work as Maintenance Superintendent for FPSO LSS.
To develop activities such as:
- Ensure the Permit to Work (PTW) system is adhered to and that all isolations are in compliance with the MODEC Isolation Philosophy.
- Assure that the appointment done during the closeout of any Work Order registered in AMOS precisely reflects the maintenance executed, the materials used, the time and man power required and an accurate failure description.
Technical responsibility for all mechanical and electrical systems. Manage, administer and control the Asset Management Operating System (AMOS),ensuring: - Tasks are allocated to the various responsible staff; Plan, evaluate and delegate responsibility while retaining accountability within the maintenance department.
- Plan and carry out maintenance activities on the process and utility systems as directed by the OIM, within the installation Safety Management System and to the standards demanded by regulatory authorities.
- Provide technical advice where applicable to implementation of maintenance as well as failure analysis; provide relevant advice to assess maintenance and equipment performance, giving appropriate recommendation for improvement of facilities and maintenance performance.
- Plant and equipment is maintained to the highest appropriate standards.
- Test and inspection routines required by the Planned Maintenance system are completed; The FSO / FPSO class is maintained.
- In the role of Asset Authority ensure that all work is performed according to the conditions outlined on the Permit to work, identify hazards and assess and manage risks.
- Responsible for directing the activities of maintenance staff to a high loss control standard in accordance with the company safety regulations and procedures, in order to minimize the risk of personal injury, environmental damage, and asset damage.
- All inputs and changes of routines to the AMOS system are made in accordance with change control procedures.
- Maximize the ability of plant and equipment and optimize control of spares.
- Review and rationalize Preventative Maintenance procedures, evaluate and optimize maintenance routines along with other onboard Operational personnel and onshore support staff.
- Supervise electrical maintenance in conjunction with the Responsible for Electrical Systems.
- Manage machinery monitoring to ensure compliance with operating parameters.
- Manage and control the repair of plant and machinery after failure.
- Be responsible for structural maintenance of the installation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports. Monitor and control budgets for the Maintenance Department. Prepare outline plans for routine and non-routine activities.
- Contribute to the creation of operational budgets and cost control.
Requirements
- Technical Degree
- STCW CoC (II/1) ou (III/1)
- Advanced English;
- Previous experience in the same function;
- Mobility to Singapore for project phase until 2023, then for production offshore in Senegal.
