Key Accountabilities
As a Senior IT Analyst, you will;
- Major projects related to implementation, integration and support of locally and centrally developed/managed IT solutions for B2C, B2B and data domains.
- Assess business processes, anticipate requirements, and find opportunities for improvement.
- Clearly define deliverables, timelines, and dependencies for project team members, external consultants, and key internal stakeholders.
- Drive the introduction of new feature modules based on business needs.
- Coordinates external consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams during project implementation.
- Maintain active liaison and communication with key business stakeholders and provide advice on IT-related business issues to gain competitive advantage and drive business development.
Drive and share your global IT portfolio and deliver differentiated consumer experiences - By focusing on MVP experimentation, deployment, and piloting, evaluating cutting-edge technology solutions, and managing the appropriate industrialization (including industrialization, deployment, and post-implementation support) of newly developed solutions. , contributing to IT transformation.
Lead the assessment and implementation of IT security requirements, ensuring compliance with all PMI security and compliance policies and guidelines, and ensuring compliance with privacy, confidentiality, integrity, and availability when processing, storing, and retaining information. - Address risks and minimize IT systems.
- Ensures IT spending, including capital expenditures, is properly documented, budgeted and approved in accordance with regional and PMI requirements, and conducts regular budget management and cost forecasting throughout the year to ensure availability of funds. secure and avoid going over budget.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in IT system implementation/operation work.
- FMCG or consulting experience is an advantage.
- Experience in application development and implementing, configuring and supporting various indirect/direct retail B2B2C digital solutions is a plus. Technical « know-how » in the areas of API integration, cloud computing (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.), and mobile/web apps is an advantage.
- ITSM – Knowledge and in-depth understanding of Information Technology Services Management, setting up and maintaining a fully updated BCP. DR documents are located in a central document repository.
- Project and service management experience is an advantage. Having specialized Scrum certifications (Product Owner, Scale, Agile Leadership) is an advantage.
- Someone with the ability to think with perspective and learn quickly. Some travel may be required.
General Qualifications:
- University degree with additional certificates, degrees, or experience in the IT field (information systems, engineering, business administration or equivalent)
- The right combination of digital capabilities and technical “know-how” should result in a strong level of autonomy in decision-making.
- Fluent spoken and written knowledge of French and English
