Description
We are looking for dynamic and ambitious self-starters to help respond to and resolve inquiries or issues from our customers and various stakeholders, in the most friendly and empathetic manner.
Responsibilities
- Remain upbeat while responding to requests, questions, and grievances from current and potential customers.
- Give potential customers accurate and pertinent information to help them choose the company’s health plan.
- To guarantee the highest level of client satisfaction, escalate unsolved complaints to the relevant divisions for resolution.
- Using the proper internal communication system, document the specifics of consumer complaints, comments, and recommendations.
- Persuade new customers to use any of our services or purchase one of our health insurance plans.
Requirements
- a bachelor’s degree or anything comparable.
- fundamental ability to use Microsoft Office products.
- You have worked in customer service or customer success for at least a year (it’s better if it’s a bank), or ideally in the healthcare sector (HMO).
- You have outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- You are at ease working with numerical data and have excellent analytical abilities.
- You are very goal-driven, produce work of a high caliber, and pay close attention to detail. You also do well in hectic settings.
- An additional benefit if you possess a medical degree or experience, such as microbiology, nursing, medical lab work, pharmacology, etc.
- Fluent in both French and English, the languages of our multinational corporation
