Job description
- Set up new Agents
- Answering technical requests through call center and email ticketing.
- Perform Installation of all requirements needed by the web system to operate both new agents equipment and former agents formatted PC´s
- Technical support
- Diagnose and resolve technical software issues presented by the agents to guarantee the operability of the Web System
Responsibilities
- Good manage of Windows Operative System and their tools
- Excellent skills installing PC´s and peripherals (scanner, printer, antivirus,etc).
- Italian : High level (oral and Written)
