Mission  

The Regional Emergency (ER) Advisor will play a key function withinside the improvement and coordination of the emergency reaction programme and the start-up of area operations withinside the affected National Associations in West, Central and North Africa Region.

Requirements

Essential

• Demonstrated capacity to expand and put in force emergency responses tasks

• Good Communication skills (Fluency in English and French each oral and written)

Education qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of emergency response experience (particularly in West & Central Africa)
• Minimum of 7 years of Project Management experience including project planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting
