Missions :

Skills Requirements

- Le titulaire du poste doit faire preuve de professionnalisme, d’éthique, de moralité et d’intégrité.
- Maîtrise des packages Microsoft tels que Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook.
- Engagement fort et démontrable envers la gestion de la sécurité, la qualité et l’amélioration continue.
- Fort jugement en matière de prise de décision stratégique efficace et excellentes capacités de jugement pour reconnaître quand les problèmes devraient s’aggraver.
Experience:
- Expérience dans des rôles similaires, dans la gestion d’un portefeuille de transactions et de contrats.
- Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience en gestion de contrats.
- Compréhension complète des contrats et de leurs implications, y compris une connaissance approfondie du droit des contrats et des réglementations nationales et fédérales applicables, ainsi que des lois fiscales et minières.
- Expérience significative en chantier minier.
- Minimum de 7 ans d’expérience dans le domaine minier ou en sous-traitance minière.
- 3 ans devraient être un niveau supérieur plutôt qu’une discipline identique ou similaire.
- Il existe une richesse de connaissances et d’expériences en Afrique.
