Under direct supervision of general manager, success in this role is measured by the consistent achievement of annual cost savings and the alignment of procurement practices with the company’s overall business goals.
Main duties and reponsibilities
- To make procurement processes more efficient, create, implement, and uphold operational procedures and guidelines.
- In order to successfully fulfill organizational requirements and establish performance KPIs, oversee and manage all purchasing, contracting, and logistics services.
- Oversee the department’s staff to ensure that procurement operations are carried out as effectively and efficiently as possible.
- Assess vendors on a regular basis to make sure they are meeting quality standards and contractual obligations.
- Verify that every contact and purchase order complies completely with the Group Procurement guidelines and organizational policies.
- Keep an eye on and oversee contract compliance to reduce risks and guarantee value delivery.
- To guarantee prompt and effective processing of purchases and payments, secure and oversee the complete procure-to-pay cycle.
- Expedite shipments and deliveries to meet project timelines and operational needs.
- Ensure proper budget control by monitoring procurement expenses and adhering to financial plans.
- Ensure all procurement and logistics activities align with the Group Procurement guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Relevant experience as Procurement Senior leader
- Fluency in English
- Asset: significant background in digital industry
