Major Responsibilities
- Manage the executive help for the operations of the Global Programmes & Resources team (Child Protection &

- Procurement and Budget/Finance help to the wider Global Programmes and Resources(GPR) Team
- Planning & coordination help to the GPR Partnership Leader / GPR Team.

Knowledge and Qualifications
- 3-five years of administrative aid enjoy in a global, multi-sectoral and multi-country wide organization.

Required Education, training, and licenses
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, International Development, Leadership or other related fields

- Proficiency in the following applications: Office 365 Applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio, etc.) Adobe Professional, Zoom, Mailchimp, Poppulo, Canva
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours (including early morning or late-night calls) when necessary to accommodate time zone differences between self and manager/other colleagues supported
