Key Responsibilities
- Help organize and arrange mechanical maintenance work, both preventive and corrective.
- Support the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems.
- Learn and apply safety procedures and regulatory compliance relevant to mechanical work.
- Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities, including repair orders and reports.
- Work together with supervisors and senior technicians to find and fix technical problems.
- Take part in teamwork and resource management exercises as part of your leadership development.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university in Senegal with good academic record.
- Experience: Internship or practical exposure in mechanical maintenance preferred.
Skills
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and troubleshooting.
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in French
- Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High integrity and ownership.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
