Security Assistant

Basic information

Responsibility 

• Support the agreement of newly arrived Korean Staff and specialists and their departure (which includes the difficulty of ID card, hire of house, shopping for automobiles etc);
• Assist Koreans with administrative procedures;
• Assist Korean volunteers from their arrival in Senegal till their departure, in all regions referring to their live in Senegal and their activities;
• Conduct studies on protection withinside the areas in which KOICA volunteers and tasks are located;
• Prepare month-to-month reviews on protection for newspapers and press webweb sites in Senegal and internationally;
• Build partnership with different protection officers (Police, Gendarmerie, UNDSS, JICA, Peace Corps);
• Attend conferences with protection systems in Senegal (Police, Gendarmerie, UNDSS);
• Conduct the clicking overview the usage of newspapers and press webweb sites in Senegal and internationally;
• Help with positive workplace administrative duties;

Desired Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor diploma in Business Administration, Senegalese regulation (traffic, house);
• Preferential paintings enjoy as a protection assistant or a former regulation enforcement and protection officer (police, gendarmerie, military) or years` enjoy as a protection agent;
• Excellent information of written and spoken English, French;
• Good conversation and reporting skills;
• Good at multitasking;

• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in each English and French.
