Responsibilities:
- Set sales goals and develop sales strategies.
- Research stakeholders and generate leads.
- Contact potential and existing customers by phone, email, or in person.
- Responding to customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Create and send offers and proposals.
- Management of the sales process through specific software programs.
- Building and maintaining CRM database. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Participate in sales team meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or related experience
- Over 3 years of sales experience.
- Experience in the chemical industry or food/beverage industry is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent telephone and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
