- He has a degree in social science, education or he has 4+ years of experience in training/facilitation or other related field.
- Degree or in-depth experience in writing and editing in English and French. Fluent knowledge of French and English.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in a training center or program, NGO, international organization or social enterprise in Senegal or Africa.
- Experience working in both international and rural environments.
