Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Administrative Manager (Facility Management), and in close collaboration with the Engineer, the incumbent is responsible for the following duties:

Education
- The prerequisite is a university degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent field.
Experience
- Minimum Educational Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree in public administration, health sciences, public health, or other related field and 5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- He has extensive experience in related practice areas.
- In-depth knowledge and application of internal administrative and operational policies and procedures.
- The right to make decisions about the handling of your sensitive health information.
- Ability to work on a variety of topics and tasks simultaneously, independently adapting to HSD priorities and needs while achieving results within agreed goals.
- Work experience in the field of occupational safety and health.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of English is required. Second language qualifications are common in hiring departments.
- Favorite experience: Knowledge of computer systems.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with team members.
- Ability to work under pressure and frequent interruptions.
- Complete all tasks on time. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal tactfully, diplomatically, and effectively with all levels of internal/external contacts in a multicultural environment.
Language requirements
Fluency in French and a good knowledge of English is required. Knowledge of a local language is an asset.
