Job description
I work as a class B teller at the embassy. Acts as financial management support for other document validators as needed, validating documents and other payment claims for goods and services.
Vouchers include, but are not limited to, non-cash payments, travel vouchers for domestic and international travel, agency expense vouchers, SF-1190 applications for benefits and other payments, and utility payments. not. Perform additional tasks as needed. Reports directly to the Senior Financial Management Specialist and her FMO.
Job requirements
- 3+ years in one or more areas of financial management. Computer experience required.
- Good knowledge of Momentum Coupons, COAST Cashier software, deposits and withdrawals, application of the Cashier User Guide (CUG), FAM (especially 4 FAM), cash operations, cash transactions, banking and cash withdrawals, as well as applicable Treasury regulations , forex trading
- His two-year college courses in accounting, mathematics, economics or similar fields that require a good sense of numbers and fine work.
